At Art By Joce W., we strive to provide high-quality original artworks and art prints. Please read our Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any items purchased from Art By Joce W.

This policy applies to all items, whether they are original artworks shipped directly by Joce W. or copies of originals printed and shipped by our Print-On-Demand service, Printful.

Exceptions: Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items & Lost in Transit Claims

While we do not accept returns for change of mind, we understand that issues can sometimes occur during production or shipping.

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or if your package is lost in transit, please follow the procedure below:

  1. Timeframe for Claims: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items, or for packages lost in transit, must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date (for lost packages) or the date of delivery (for damaged/defective items).
  2. Contact Us: To initiate a claim, please reach out to us immediately via the contact form on our website.
  3. Provide Details: When contacting us, please provide:
    • Your order number.
    • A clear description of the issue (e.g., type of damage, nature of the defect, misprint details, or indication that the package is lost).
    • For damaged, defective, or misprinted items, clear photographs or videos showing the issue are required to process your claim.
  4. Resolution: Upon review and verification of your claim, we will issue store credit for the value of the misprinted, damaged, or defective item, or for the lost package. We do not offer cash refunds for these issues.
  5. Processing Time for Store Credit: It typically takes 3-5 business days to process the store credit once your claim has been approved and verified.

Important Notes:

  • Condition of Items: Because we do not accept returns, the “condition of returned items” section is not applicable.
  • Return Shipping: As no returns are accepted, there are no return shipping costs or labels provided by Art By Joce W.
  • Printful Fulfilled Items: Our policy for damaged, defective, or lost Printful-fulfilled items aligns with and is designed to be slightly stricter than Printful’s policies to ensure consistency for our customers.
